Subsequent lack of aftercare we have received since moving in.

While our initial buying experience was positive, the post-handover service has been nonexistent. We are still waiting for a significant number of snagging issues to be resolved, despite constant assurances from the site managers that work will be completed "next week." Unfortunately, these commitments are never honored, and the customer care team continues to provide excuses rather than taking control of the situation.

The standard of finish in our home is unacceptable and bears no resemblance to the quality shown in your show homes. The outstanding issues include:

- Windows and Doors: Poor quality windows with melted corners and sharp edges, chipped handles, and kitchen windows that do not latch. The front door and frame are chipped, do not lock properly, and require urgent replacement.
- Internal Woodwork and Flooring: Unsanded doors and skirting boards, incorrectly fitted thresholds.
- Kitchen and Finish: Silicone has been wiped up the walls leaving visible grey lines. Which I had to clean up.
- Health and Safety: Damaged radiators were installed which are shedding metal chunks, posing a genuine safety risk. The site manager signed off on it. I am sure that this is illegal.

It is disheartening that after nine months, we are still living with these defects. We requested a home built by professionals, but the current state of the property suggests otherwise.

I request that a senior member of the customer care team contacts me immediately to provide a definitive schedule for when these repairs will be completed. But they are full of excuses

Dreadful houses we had 263 items for snagging. Plastering was shocking,painting terrible. All the fixtures and fittings are crap. The doors are constantly dropping because they're heavy fire doors and not been fitted correctly. Dishwasher packed up because the pipe at the back was kinked. Cooker hood dropped off. Bathroom window won't close. Bath was cracked, extractor in bathroom wasn't connected to anything. Not a straight wall in the house. Shower tray leaked. Water got behind the tiles too. I could go on and on.There was supposed to be a childrens park on site which didn't happen. They're absolutely garbage avoid like the plague.

OMG. Amazing Experience

OMG. The knowledge from Bex was unbelievable. She knew everything about the development and the houses that were of interest to me and my partner.
