Ordered product it was sent to different address, when I contacted company about it, they said that

Ordered product it was sent to different address, when I contacted company about it, they said that it was delivered and oh well, even though they entered the wrong address to ship it to. It took more than a week before they responded with that. Horrible and the only reason they get 1 star is because you have to put something.

NO customer service

NO customer service. I returned a holster for exchange... they never responded to the return. they said they would check and I never heard back. Paid additional money to reship a different holster. I want all my money back.stay away from this company

Received a incorrect holster (ordered…

Received a incorrect holster (ordered right hand and received a left-hand holster). They told me to return wrong holster, and they would ship the correct one. Never got the correct holster or a refund. They do not answer calls/emails and have a rating of 1 or 2 out of five on most sites. I filed a complaint with Gun Broker, the site I ordered off of, and they said they would investigate. Nothing from them either. Guess I am out $33.09

wouldn't send my order

wouldn't send my order, didn't receive any shipping info. after 3 emails finally got it over a week late. The holster is a piece of junk save your money, don't waste it on a barsony holslter

Dont waste your money

I bought a shoulder holster from barsony holsters, you cannot holster the weapon unless you take the holster off. It is the thinest leather I've ever seen anyone ever make a holster out of, Its junk, DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THEM I sent them pictures of the problem and now there's no response from them.

Ordered holster to fit 9 mm

Ordered holster to fit 9 mm. Sent holster that did not fit my gun as advertised. Cannot get anybody to respond to me. Left messages, takes several days if ever to respond to my emails. So now it is about a month that there has been virtually no response yet i have paid in full an now to get a full refund has been nothing less than frustrating. The internet games.

Thay sent me the wrong holster twice

Thay sent me the wrong holster the first time, had to return it. very slow responses , 8 emails to get a return shipping label. Over 2 weeks and I get the replacement, missing the velcro strap and metal snap to secure weapon. I'm asking for a refund now , this is ridiculous.then they want pictures sent to issue a return label .they still have my money. SAD ,pay more locally at a local gun shop.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in…

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my 58 yrs. Ordered a left hand holster twice on Amazon since May and twice been sent a right hand also took far longer to receive than initially quoted! No reply to complaints filed on amazon or emailing company directly.This is a scam company operating on amazon, completely incompetent customer service with no regard for customers ordering their product! Avoid this company at all cost! 💩
