Shout out to this company. I originally purchased a board from them during covid whilst living in England. When I moved to the US I purchased another one. Unfortunately whilst out on the water a couple weeks ago a seam burst on the bow! I emailed customer service for advice on how to repair it. Their team was amazing and we found a great solution. I have recommend this company to all my friends and we have a nice collection of FB sport boards when we get together. Also their electric pump is fantastic!
I wanted some extra D rings on my paddleboard, and I dealt with someone at the company directly. They were very communicative, prompt, and got me exactly what I asked for in a timely manner. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
