I called about my bathmate, because a piece is broken. They gave me a runaround, didn't even look at my warranty didn't help at all. So now I have the product that does not work when they could have just replaced a little piece on. And the times I call them, was within the word warranty time. They don't honor their agreements

Whether the product is legit or not, I haven't got that far, yet. My problem is in their courier service. They use services like DHL and the Royal Mail. Non have a tracking system or customer services system worth buying the product. The company itself doesn't seem to care about the customer which makes me think this company is a scam company.
My Bathmate has a small fixable crack on a part that can be replaced. I have used it a couple of dozen times since I purchased it.
