This product shows clear design limitations in my experience.
The main issue appears to be the size of the base opening. The current dimensions seem oversized, with a diameter of approximately 6.4 cm (which corresponds to a circumference of 20.1 cm), resulting in an unnecessarily large opening in practical use. (Even for very well-endowed men.)
In my case, with an erect size of approximately 23 cm in length and 14 cm in circumference, this imbalance becomes particularly noticeable. As a result, the device does not provide an optimal fit, which affects both handling and overall functionality.
During use, correct positioning becomes difficult, and it is challenging to achieve a stable and comfortable seal. This leads to repeated adjustments and negatively affects the overall user experience.
Additionally, the device must be positioned as high as possible during use in order to avoid the scrotal area, as otherwise there is a risk of it being drawn into the chamber. This forces a suboptimal positioning throughout the entire use.
In practice, this results in the penis resting on the lower side of the cylinder and rubbing along the Plexiglas wall during expansion. The skin can adhere to the material, which significantly reduces comfort. It creates an effect similar to pressing a finger against glass and trying to draw a line.
To avoid this, a small amount of Vaseline should be applied in that area.
Furthermore, when fully filled with water, the device becomes very heavy. Even with a support strap, a significant portion of the weight remains, meaning it must be continuously supported by one hand during use. This further reduces comfort.
From a design perspective, the issue with the base insert appears relatively easy to solve. A redesigned base insert with a smaller and better-adapted opening, as protection against scrotal suction, would likely significantly improve both performance and user comfort.
Overall, the concept is interesting, but in practice the execution does not appear fully developed or optimally adapted to real-world use conditions.
I've been using a Hydromax 7 wide boy for a month. I purchased a HydroXtreme 6 thinking the H7WB a bit big & wanted to try the hand bulb. I took the HX6 out of the wrap & saw it was too small. Emailed support right then, not 24 hours after delivery explained why and my intension to apply the refund towards a HX7WB. The support response summary:Returns must be shipped to the UK, bewareinternational shipping is cost prohibitive. I can take a 35% refund and keep the unusable device. I sent a reply to the Bathmate CS team and I'll be watching for their response. I really hope they prove me wrong and provide the type of customer service any one of us would expect after purchasing a device far more expensive than it's competitors.
My rating is for the hope in your product, especially with all the scams and dishonest promotions of these same products. My final rating will be determined by the effectiveness of your product. I don't know you and you don't know me. I'm a consumer who is offering you an opportunity for your company to prove to me that what you claim is truth and not a vain plot to rig men out of their hopes and money!
