The toilet has been leaking from underneath, and the seat is unstable. The rubber seals are loose, and I can't tighten anything. Additionally, the sink plug hole doesn't drain properly, and using a sink unblocker has not helped; it seems to be a design flaw. I'm not a satisfied customer.
