Excellent ServiceI have recently used pennine fencing to purchase fence panels, posts, boards and post mix. The quality of their products is excellent and great value for money. I had this delivered to my home. This service was prompt and professional taking care at my property.The staff gave me great advice over the phone and were supportive through my purchase. I've always used Pennine Fencing for my fence panels, so I was pleased when they began stocking paving products too, with an upcoming patio project on the cards. To get going I needed some aggregate at short notice and they went out of their way to accommodate and delivered very quickly. Once we'd decided on which porcelain tiles we wanted, these were delivered shortly after along with the rest of our materials. The tiles (Country Silver) are looking great and are really well packaged with corner protectors and individual cardboard sleeves. Once this project is finished, the 'boss' has designs on the next part of the garden, so I'm sure we'll be back for more as soon as the British weather allows!I like to use local businesses if possible, and Pennine are just the ticket. Prices are good, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and they have plenty of stock. In fact their premises are probably the neatest and tidiest I've seen.
Ordered fence panels, concrete posts, base panels and panel extenders from Pennine Fencing & Landscaping after shopping around to find a local company.I’ve got an automatic 10% off at Tradepoint (B&Q) so tend to pick off bits and pieces up there, but was shocked to see concrete posts were £34.00 each which prompted some Googling of local builders yards which weren’t much better.Long story short I found Pennine and the same posts were £18.75 so almost half the price, which was also as cheap or cheaper than anyone else I could find online.Their website was also very good and I chose some very nice T&G fence panels to bring the full order to around £2,400.To check that the posts weren’t cheaper because the quality was inferior I visited the premises and was reassured that the quality of the concrete products was excellent, and the wooden panels were as good as I’d hoped.I didn’t actually place the order then as I had lots of work to do to get the ground ready for fencing, and the weather had taken a turn for the worse.Eventually the order was placed and less than a couple of weeks later delivery was made with everything as it should be.It’s a local family business which I like to support and the service was excellent, from responses to emails to the phone call the day before delivery to check what access was like to my house and if someone would be home.Thoroughly recommended.
