The tutor I had was excellent very knowledgeable and empathetic. Took her time to support and guide where necessary especially upon completing the assignments. Access to resources was good liked that we were stretched further to incorporate our own research and sharing of experiences within the body of the assignments. On line learning was easy to manoeuvre around.
I recently completed the Level 7 extended diploma in strategic leadership and management.Julie was my tutor and was a fantastic support. Due to her coaching and skills in training I managed to complete the course 6 months early!Phil was phenomenal with supporting any questions I had throughout my training. Great course! To be honest when I started the course, I wondered if I was out of my depth. I left school in 2000 and haven't had much formal education since. However, my tutor named Claire was brilliant from the get go. She was always on hand to answer any question and provide feedback when necessary. I felt more confident with tackling the course after a call at the beginning. To cut a long story short, She was a great help throughout and provided the necessary guidance and feedback throughout. If and when I decide to do more training, I will not hesitate to go with these guys again. As well as gaining an extra qualification, I have learned so much along the way that I can carry into my current role!
So from the beginning the company itself has been transparent and clear with their communication. There has been no delays or lack of support at any point. My tutor they assigned (Michelle) was outstanding. Her level of care and support goes above and beyond any training that I have had before. The whole journey for my level 6 was smooth and enjoyable.
