It was the continuing support I received from my assessor, Michelle Slater, that no question was a stupid question. I have completed my Level 5 and ^ with Michelle, which has given me the confidence to move on to my Level 7
Well after finishing my L5 management and leadership certificate I decided to top up to a diploma. Again the process was easy to deal with, I asked to stay with the same tutor which was perfectly fine. Michelle was fantastic though the extra assignments with pointers and tips to help me through.I will certainly return to do another level.Thank you again.
The staff at BBE especially Phil in student support and my Level 3 AET Tutor Michelle are very supportive. They respond quickly to queries and I feel are very approachable, despite the course being fully online. Michelle gave us a clear overview and guideline of what to expect on the course and how we are going to achieve this. I encountered personal issues along the way which delayed my completion of the course but they were very understanding and supportive. I have now completed and passed my course I am very grateful for this achievement. Overall, the course helped me to gain new knowledge, skills, and confidence in teaching which are relevant to my current job role.
I really enjoyed this course, I've read and learned so much! The course material is big, whatever interests you have, you'll find something in it. The modules are interesting and keep you engaged while leading you into researching the answers. The course tutor is really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.Im totally grateful for what I've learned and considering studying more.
It was indeed a memorable experience with my tutor Shirley Allen-Jackson. She is indeed a teacher who wants everything to be perfect and well understood. We enjoyed her supervision. Because of her, I am returning for a higher level. More kudos to the training organisation. Everything is well explained to guide the learners from the beginning to the last.
