I really like their website as it's properly designed, it's helpful to find your wishlisted items and also giving you a price breakdown, while you're still deciding if you want to proceed or not during checkout. Their service has been fast and reliable, and I appreciated The Rose product being gifted before valentine's day, after a specific expense amount. Will probably stick to them considering the lower prices and good quality of products. Just a small con that gives them 4 stars instead of 5: the outer packaging was discreet, but compared to other companies, the products packaging itself was too much tacky, like hard plastics with a broad description of the product on it. Doesn't really help if you need to hide the products around the house, not very discreet since it's also noisy. But other than that, great company.
All in all quite nice, the shipping did take a while though and I couldn’t really track the product so I had no idea when it might come in. In the end it took about 2 weeks which is perfectly fine when considering the distance (USA zu Germany) and I’m very pleased with the product itself
