I would give zero stars. I placed an order for a product through the company's website, which stated that delivery in the US would take 5-8 days. However, the item was shipped from abroad, and I never received it. I've tried multiple ways to contact the company, but the customer service number is unresponsive, and there has been no reply to my emails or messages through the online chat. I even reached out via social media, but to no avail. This experience has left me very disappointed!

Unsatisfactory support. There seems to be no concern for child safety. I received an adaptor for a UK plug after they sent the wrong one, but it was hazardous. I sent pictures to the customer service team, yet no support or solution was provided. It turned out to be an unusable Christmas gift :(
I encountered an issue with a product, and being handy, I took it apart to find that the problem was with a "plug-and-play" motor. I reached out to request a new motor. To my surprise, they were eager to understand the problem for troubleshooting and offered to replace the unit. The customer service team responded to emails quickly (usually the next day) and provided thorough, accurate information. Quality customer service like this is rare today. Having managed customer service departments for over 30 years, I wish my teams could achieve the same level of excellence I experienced with this team. I give them a solid AAA rating!
As a teacher, I received this through a fundraising platform. It worked wonderfully, and my students enjoyed using it, but one day it stopped working. I emailed the company, and they provided detailed videos on how to repair it. Unfortunately, the suggested repair didn’t fix the issue. I hope they can assist in either fixing it or replacing it for my class, as my students loved using it, and it was very beneficial for our projects.
