I placed an order with this company over two months ago and still haven't received all of my items. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and WhatsApp, I’ve received no response. It’s incredibly disappointing and disrespectful that my messages have been ignored. I did receive part of the order, which unfortunately makes it difficult to get a full refund, but several products were missing and remain unaccounted for.This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
Stay away from this seller. Just like the other reviewers they said that my item was delivered, I never received and reached out for resolution, good luck there. She was rude and unprofessional and could care less about resolving. I will take up with my credit card and wanted to warn other buyers to stay away.
I placed an order on this website several days ago, they didn't give any kind of response when it would be shipped (nothing stands on the site, like at all) and I do knot believe it will be shipped anymore. On WhatsApp they didn't respond me after I spoke 3 times, even when I tried to ask them to cancel after all the stressful situation. The reviews on Facebook are terrible, they are completely unreliable. Do not buy from them!
