There was a £1 charge on my account that did not clearly state it was the start of any subscription. Three days later, £17.49 was taken automatically.
There was no clear, prominent disclosure that this small £1 transaction would convert into a £17.49 recurring charge within such a short period. That is not transparent or fair billing practice.
The service itself did not function properly, and was discontinued immediately yet the subscription payment processed without issue. Taking a small, unclear payment and then quickly converting it into a much larger charge is a classic subscription trap and theft/fraud.
I have formally requested a refund which hasn’t been responded to. the appropriate UK consumer authorities should investigate this Cyprus fraudulent scheme.
I strongly urge anyone who comes across this company — wherever you see it advertised — to avoid it completely. Do not enter your payment details. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
I really enjoyed the full style analysis experience. It was so detailed and thoughtful. I loved how it broke down my personal style, analyzed the colors that suit me best, and even reviewed my wardrobe choices. It felt personalized and insightful.
Scam! Deceptive sign up process enrolls you in unexpected charges almost instantly! After the first charge I immediately cancelled within minutes having not used the service (the app is pretty poor!) and they are refusing to refund the charge. Whole business model is about these signups and subsequent unexpected charges they refuse to refund even though the services are unused.

A complete scam - signup for A1 and you’ve done done quiz they take you to a screen that says download your style - this is not part of the trial but was an additional $48 Aus in app purchase, I don’t realise and it happened twice! I emailed straight away and did not open the original downloads and the AI replied this was intentional and won’t be refunded! Totally disingenuous and thoroughly bad practice. My bank has now also blocked my cards as it recognised this as a security risk - lost $100 today 🤦♀️
It’s a con just want your money and the styles not great just like everything else it’s all about the small print come across like they want to help your confidence but they don’t
This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had lately. The application is poorly designed and ineffective for styling; you’d achieve better results using other available tools. Additionally, they mislead you into thinking you’re signing up for a $1 trial, but they actually attempt to charge you $40 several times. Canceling is made deliberately difficult, and the customer support is among the worst I’ve encountered. I’m surprised it’s still available for download.
After completing the questionnaire, I opted for a 1-week trial subscription for USD 4.99. However, the app charged me an additional USD 29.99 without my consent at the same time. I expect this unauthorized charge to be refunded. I am canceling the app due to this deceptive practice.
I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up for a $5 trial for seven days and canceled on the second day, wanting to avoid a $50 charge for basic advice. Despite my cancellation, they charged me anyway. When I requested a refund and provided proof of cancellation, my request was still denied. It’s clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank soon. I advise anyone considering this service to think twice and just use a free alternative instead.

The website advertised a two-day free trial with a promise of easy cancellation at any time; however, upon signing up, I was immediately charged for a full month. Cancelling was not straightforward, as account management could only be done through the app, and I was too apprehensive to download it, fearing the entire operation was a scam. I eventually found an email contact through a helpful online post, but they required my name, email, and a time-stamped receipt to examine my account. I requested to cancel my subscription, close my account, and receive a refund. Two days later, I received confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, yet I continued to get spam emails urging me to revisit the app. After sending a second email to finalize my account closure and refund, the spam messages ceased. Maybe on my third attempt, I will finally get my money back.
