I wish I could give zero stars on this website for Beautiful Sunflower. What I ordered had absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised on the website. When I emailed to express my dissatisfaction, they simply offered me a small refund and did not recognize that what I received was nothing like what was on the website. They would not refund my purchase or offer me a way to return. For the record it was the Flynn‘s Arcade Book Nook. Absolute rip off. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. Worst Internet purchased I have ever made. Lesson learned.I hope anyone who is even on the fence about ordering from Beautiful Sunflower will see this post and not order from them.
Take the advice from all of these 1 star reviews. Do not buy from this company. I didn't look at reviews until after I got scammed. They sent me 6 pieces of cheap wood that looked nothing like what they showed on their website. I contacted them and was told they could only refund me $4 and not the $57 I paid. I'm now going through my bank to reverse the charge.
I purchased the arcade booknook, but the item I received is nothing like the one shown in the promotional videos on Facebook. After checking online, I realized that many other customers had the same disappointing experience. I requested a refund, but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, which is unacceptable. This feels very dishonest and misleading.
Just like others here, I fell for the Flynn's Arcade Booknook scam. After doing a delightful kit by Anavrin, this one was advertised to me on Facebook, which I promptly scooped up, being a fan of old school arcades and 80's retrowave/synthwave. Sadly, the item that arrived was just six pieces of wood with a crappy battery light. Nothing like what was advertised. Just like other reviewers, they were extremely awkward with regard to giving a refund, so I had to go through my bank to get one.
Honestly the most disappointing item I have bought online. flynns arcade book nook.. to me this item looked great super detailed and in my mind would of made my book shelf look great and stand out. What I got was 6 wooden slats that you glue together. Absolutely nothing like the the picture. I've emailed the company and they are offering me 3 USD when I paid £30 . Disgusted disgusted disgusted.
Obviously using AI or stolen photos as item looks nothing like advertised. It is very cheap and poorly constructed. The arcade machine names are mirrored so look wrong and it is basically 4 pieces to make a box. No detail at all, no depth, nothing.
