I ordered shoes from this site. They sent one pair in the correct size the other pairs they sent shoes in the wrong size. Their customer service refused to return them and told me they couldn't return them because the sales are final. One pair of shoes I still never received.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is awful, and their customer service is terrible. The representatives I spoke with had poor communication skills and unhelpful attitudes. I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit my daughter because they were a Christmas gift and marked as final sale, so no exchanges or returns are allowed. I will NEVER shop with them again! This is why I prefer buying from other retailers.
Avoid buying shoes from this company! They send used sneakers, damaged boxes, and charge full price! It seems they are struggling and robbing customers. They keep your money, refuse refunds, and send used shoes with hair inside. It's a disgusting and unethical operation, and I hope they shut down soon.
My son bought my wife a pair of shoes for Christmas. She tried them on, but they were too big. We had the receipt and simply wanted to exchange them for the correct size. The shoes were only tried on and had all their original tags. Even with the receipt from December 22, the supposed manager, who was very young, informed us of a policy that wouldn't allow for an exchange.
My package was delivered to a completely different address despite providing the correct one. The delivery photo showed a location that isn't mine. FedEx later confirmed they couldn't retrieve the package and advised me to contact the shipper. I did so, providing clear proof including photos and footage. However, the company refused to help. Now, I am out $81.31 for an item I never received. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I expected much better customer service. I will not order from them again and warn others about the lack of customer protection.
I should have paid attention to the reviews; they tell the whole story! I'm unhappy with the entire process! The holiday season is already stressful, and we spend our hard-earned money for our family. I've never faced issues returning or exchanging online products, especially when expecting new items. I wasn't satisfied with the shoes; one looked used and the other was not to my liking. I managed to return one pair and get a refund, but I dislike hidden policies. If this is how the company operates, you've lost a customer for good. I visited the store to return and even offered to exchange, but the clerk informed me of a policy from the district manager. That did not sit well with me, and I won't be giving them any more of my business!
This is the worst experience I've ever had! If you plan to make a purchase, I suggest you run away. I ordered a pair of shoes on December 7, 2025, and received multiple emails about tracking. Two weeks later, I was informed that my order would be canceled because it hadn't shipped. I expressed my willingness to wait, but I could have found them on sale elsewhere. Very disappointing!
