What I love about my Face Genie is that it keeps my face looking very youthful! The LED settings and light therapy, target by skincare needs. After work, it is so easy to use and part of my everyday skincare routine. As a model, I use blue light therapy to stop the inflammation in its track. The collagen jelly amplifies the results even further. Even the customer service at REVO is top notch. Everyone is always so kind and helpful.

If I could, I’d give it 0 stars. The order was placed on November 24th, today is January 26th, and there’s still no sign of it. I’ve sent three email inquiries and haven’t received a concrete answer. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Don’t waste your money on this kind of farce.
I’ve been using the Face Genie as part of my nighttime routine, and what I like most is how intentional it feels. The heat feature helps me slow down and actually take time with my skincare instead of rushing through it. I usually use it after applying my serums or moisturizer, and it helps everything feel more absorbed rather than just sitting on my skin.
This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They provide no real updates and only send the same copy-and-paste response claiming my order is “active in fulfillment,” cannot be canceled, and will ship “in a few days.” That excuse has been repeated multiple times with zero progress.
I placed my order on December 26 and still have no shipment, no timeline, and no accountability. Refusing to cancel an order while also refusing to provide a real update is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this company.
Do not recommend! I waited over a month for my order to ship, and whenever I inquired, the responses were unclear. When I finally decided to cancel, I was informed it wasn’t an option. I now have a tracking number, but it shows as 'awaiting shipment' after I had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Feels very untrustworthy. 0/10 stars.
I placed my order at the beginning of December 2025 and have yet to receive it, and it's now almost February 2026. What a disappointing way to start the New Year. I've emailed multiple times and received no response. I'm worried I may have been scammed... I cannot recommend this service!
I am still awaiting an order placed over three weeks ago. In my previous email, I was informed that it would ship within a few days—yet that was two weeks ago, and I have received no updates or shipment. I strongly discourage buying from this service. They took my payment but have not delivered any product. At this stage, I suggest considering a chargeback with your payment provider.
I received mine on time and have used the cupper multiple times. It could honestly be more intense and sometimes struggles to hold suction, which may depend on placement. Overall, it performs as expected for most smart clippers!
