Horrible experience with this group. They claim to have unlimited video editing in less than 24 hours but my projects were a month late and they could not keep up with the volume I was sending them. It caused massive delays to my clients and content pipeline and had to ask for several re-dos. They also do not offer refunds even though they admitted they didn't deliver as advertised.
Your commitment to getting things right was exceptional. I definitely appreciate that more than anything. Being a business owner, I understand that everything isn't going to always be perfect in the beginning, but the growth of a partnership happens when there's a commitment to ensuring the client is satisfied and doing the right thing. You all did that & for that, I plan to come back & continue our partnership. Thank you!
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with BeCreatives. The quality of work delivered was below expectations, and projects were not started in a timely manner.Customer service has been extremely frustrating; it’s almost impossible to have a proper conversation via chat, as replies are followed by the chat being immediately closed. We even scheduled a call with the support team, but no one attended, and no follow-up was provided.We understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the lack of communication and accountability has caused unnecessary delays for our clients and additional costs to have the work completed elsewhere.Overall, this experience has left us very disappointed and hesitant to recommend BeCreatives.

Even with different style preferences, they’ve all been kind, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. BeCreatives has helped us do more than improve our editing process. It’s supported a broader expansion of our creative output.Although it can take time for a return on investment to show, it’s well worth it if you fully commit.With this said, I highly recommend BeCreatives.
