I had a great experience! I setup my online print store using WhiteWall as my print on demand service. I needed to order some to see the quality myself before customers ordered them. I was nervous as this was my first time printing any of my own work, and they came out better than expected! I printed a variety of sizes and colors and even got one of them framed to test out their in-house frames. I’m very happy with the quality and I know my customers will be too!

The clarity of the enlarged photo prints I ordered using WhiteWall's optimization tool came out razor sharp, exceptionally vibrant, and absolutely stunning. In addition, the shipping packaging was top notch for protecting my prints & the turnaround time from placing my order to receiving my product was quick. The photo prints consistently deliver excellent quality, no matter the size. They are carefully packaged for shipping to reduce the risk of damage during transit. While they may cost a bit more than other platforms, the superior picture quality makes it worthwhile.
The photos exceeded my expectations! They arrived in excellent packaging and were absolutely breathtaking. I reached out for assistance during the ordering process, and the support team was incredibly helpful... they guided me in adjusting the settings on my photos for optimal resolution and results. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase!
This 4" by 4" test print under acrylic features my favorite bird photo from the past decade. I plan to have it printed in a larger size soon. I've also decided to gift this test print to a close friend who loves bird photography, making it a delightful situation for both of us!
The print I've ordered has many small details such as important characters that located very close to the boarders of the art. The print was starched that those important details were wrapped around the corners of the wooden frame so once a art frame is added those characters would not be seen or cut off. The image was printed with mirror effect but was not scaled properly or a frame was too small.
There was no option to order just a rolled canvas. I sent a request to the company with detailed explanation and pictures however got a reply that it is within specs. I don't think so...The technician who starched my print did not pay attention to such details-if they would be careful they would do a much a better job...
I asked for a replacement-rolled print or a partial refund to cover repairs(re-starching to a larger frame or placing it over a wood-board to open it up) and got a nice refusal email twice.
Please note that this is one of the most expensive printing company online ($200 plus shipping for 24x37 canvas print came around $250 with tax and shipping) and the print I've received was a hight quality but such an issue was a huge disappointment. Please take a note that WhiteWall IS NOT an American company....it is in fact German. I was always found of a German quality not to mention customer service but apparently I was mistaken. I wish I can post pictures of the issue to get a community opinion... Thank you for reading. Perhaps WhitWall does better job for you but I may not take another chance....
The samples I received were of outstanding quality across all variations I selected, allowing me to make my final choices for the upcoming project. Additionally, the service was prompt in completing and shipping these samples, enabling me to place my final order in time using the promotional codes. The shipping materials were excellent, which is reassuring since the final prints and frames will need careful handling during shipping.
