The heating element went. We contacted you and all you do in my perception is to send to a phone number which I am unsure where it is in the world. They just say warranty and try to sell in my perception overpriced repairs. If you ask them about consumer rights act they just say warranty. So now we put hot water in the washing machine from a kettle. I feel like scrooge and we can not afford the repairs. What about a new variety of the Christmas carolFirst introductory ghost. Did beko recommend Ao to buy it from. Ghost from past. Goes on about warranty. Ghost from present goes about warranty. And then the Ghost from future. The consumer right act is what beko etc should follow linked to a consumers law passed by parliament. .On my perception
Communication was excellent and booking a repair very straight forward.The engineer messaged ahead to give a time of arrival.He was very polite and very efficient with the repair to the tumble dryer, gave it a thorough check before fitting a new electric cable. The repair wasn't rushed in any way.When he had finished he did ask if I needed any washing machine cleaner , but I felt that he had to ask that even though it was the tumble he had been to repair.All round a good service from booking the repair through to a good engineer and a job well done
Just got a Beko washer drier as I’ve moved to a small flat. Well, wasted my money. I tried a practice wash and dry cycle took hours which left a nylon T shirt shrivelled, kitchen was stinking of rubber. Put it down to being new. Today, I did a wash of towels and two dressing gowns. I took out the latter and set the towels on to dry….it is now 8 hours later and the towels have come out still damp. This will be returned. I did check before I bought it and it does take longer but for goodness sake sake, I don’t expect 8 plus hours to dry two bath towels and two hand towels.
The engineer Peter was very knowledgable and knew what the problem was based on my description alone. He opened the machine and changed over problem part quickly and ensuring reassurance of my safety moving forward with my dryer. Great service.
