Item ordered and immediately charged, standardised email sent then nothing. Sent prompting email got reply with excuse and nasty twist Piano was a gift for my wife ordered well in advance for a special date. Item not delivered as promised, not trackable (I was sent in an endless loops) Took the day off work ended up I had to go to depot ( after sending endless contact messages please messages begging for updates) !to pick up (74kg) car got scratched in the process despite taking day off work.I’m infuriated every time I look at the Piano would not recommend given my experience.
