I am very disappointed and let down by the company. I placed a bulk order well in advance based on a promised 6-week lead time. Now, three months later, we still have no leotards. I was told the delay was due to the busy holiday season, which doesn’t make sense since the order was placed before that. I was offered a full refund, which raises serious concerns about whether my order was ever processed. Poor communication and failure to meet deadlines have left us feeling completely let down. Now, one gymnast in a squad of 20 is without a training leotard.
I received the Elizabeth leotard, and the size fits perfectly; the materials are of very good quality! The brand offers unique designs and colors with plenty of embellishments! They are the most comfortable leotards I've ever worn and not too long. I am very happy with my purchase, even though it took a week to arrive (I’m in France, so that’s normal).
