My son ordered several items worth 144 EUROS (170 USD). He decided to order many items to get cheaper shipping. What Glitch production did was sending this in 6 different shipments meaning I need to pay 9.6 EUROS (11.3 USD) in handling fee for each package. If this was shipped in one shipment I would only have to pay handling fee once. This means I had to pay 48 EUROS (57 USD) extra because this was shipped in many small shipments. I tried to contact support and let them know how costly it is for me to get this in many shipments but they claim they are doing this to get cheaper shipment which is not in my case. When asking further and try to get them to understand my situation they just gave me a link to the FAQ on their site which basically means they did not read my message, did not understand or just could not care less.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered 5 items for my granddaughter for Christmas. They charged my credit card immediately. Only 1 item came before Christmas. Now 2 months later 1 more item came. I have tried to get a response from the company about the rest of the order but they don't respond. Emailed to get a refund for the rest of the order again no response. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
I'm sure the product itself will make my niece happy and that it is a quality product, but my beef is with their shipping practices. I ordered the items I did, 4 separate items, at the same time. I ordered all items on 12/2/25. All of them arrived at different times. The 1st showed up on 1/2/26, the 2nd item on 1/3/26, the 3rd on 1/7/26, and the 4th item is supposedly out for delivery today, 1/9/26. Nothing the website indicated would happen actually did happen. I allowed way more than 15-20 days yet I'm writing this review 39 days after ordering and I haven't received everything I ordered. Never again.
I placed an order that included several items all as Christmas gifts for my son. Partial order arrived on time with no issue. I continued to follow up and another item appeared...2 didn't come after 2 months (missed Christmas all together). I continued to follow up with them - 1 finally came. Tracking said they both were delivered. I continued to email support with no response. Of course it's the higher priced item (over $100) that never showed. Will never buy from them again. Do not recommend.
On Christmas Day, I ordered both the Camping N and Uzi plushies. I didn't pay attention to the order details and had forgotten something, and N was shipped. It was then to be returned to the sender, and I contacted their customer support & responded within a couple of days, and they were very friendly in asking for a replacement to be shipped, and got the details right. Both plushies arrived together on 20/1/25, and I'll be ordering from them again, as they were quick in shipping and delivering my plushies.
So I reached out to Glitch sales support for a possible change on a pre-order. They told me they couldn't change pre-orders but could cancel it instead. THE SAME DAY I emailed them back and said a cancellation was fine. Then I NEVER heard back from them. I just want to make it clear, I messaged them WELL before pre-orders were sent out, and THEY offered to cancel my order but failed to follow through. Thanks to their negligence, my plush was sent out, but even OVER A MONTH after the holidays they still haven't responded to my subsequent messages requesting a refund. I'm leaving a 1 star on TrustPilot as well. Their plushes are great, but God help you if you need customer support because they suck at it. I've given them every opportunity to address this issue with me and they have failed. If you're going to offer customer support options, then fail to follow through on the things YOU offered, why do you even have support? Either hire more people to manage client concerns or be up front about your greedy ALL SALES FINAL (EVEN IF WE SCREW UP) approach to business.All of what I'm saying is supported by screenshots. This could have been avoided. Heck, even after the plush was sent, I would have been fine with sending the dumb thing back had they given me a refund. Now I'm stuck with two of the same plush. Ebay here I come, I guess.UPDATE: Glitch has gotten in touch with me! They immediately sent me a refund and even offered me a free plush (the one I was originally trying to switch my pre-order to). They said the issue was a bad filter that caused all of my subsequent messages to get funneled into their spam folder. I'm not sure how that could have happened, but even without the plush added on top, I'm pleased that I finally got my refund. I'm relieved to say that once you get through to them, they are very reasonable.
