Customer made up lies about me on RealSelf

I used to run a successful beauty business then a completely insane former customer put an entirely fictitious false review online on RealSelf. I sent so many emails begging them to remove it and they refused.I considered suing as I made £20000 a month and overnight I lost all my income but I live in the UK.The review was entitled ‘she scarred my face’ but with my name in the title. About 3 months later I closed my business down completely because of this false review they refused to take down. They are actually guilty of libel.It shouldn’t be allowed for a customer to trash a technician especially with zero evidence. I have never scarred anyone’s face! I think RealSelf is dishonest, amoral and should be banned.
