ZERO STARS! Picture of item depicted 4 in an order for $34.90. That was only for 1 then they added $9.99 for a warranty I didn't order. Same time they charged me for a 2nd order of 1 item for 24.43.When calling customer service to cancel they wanted my credit card info, I said no I'll contact online. Operator said "good luck with that". Beware of returns, you have to pay postage back to them.
The shoes are actually fine. Description "orthopedic" but no support inside. However, as others have noted, they tack on a $9.99 "shipping insurance" charge AFTER you confirm payment. It's absolutely fraudulent, a total scam. I can pay about $10 to ship them back or eat the extra charge I didnt agree to. Shame on you, Belro Zapostore. Very poor business practice. You'll never get repeat business with dishonest business practices.
Please stay away from this company. They tried to charge me 5 additional times after my main purchase. Those 5 additional charges were declined from my bank luckily. I also had to cancel my current debit for a new because I didn't trust this company. They also sent the wrong colored item. Very bad company. Very scammy. BEWARE.
When I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes on the website it showed I purchased two pair. In addition to that, it charged me $9.95 that I did not approve. I could tell the site was sketchy at that point and tried to cancel the entire transaction. I spoke with someone on the phone and they assured me everything would be canceled. Well it was not. The 9.95 was removed but the shoes were not canceled. I called back several times and either got no answer or a recording that said the mailbox was full another time I called back to ask questions about The company and all the names they use and I was hung up on... Do not order from this company. They go by the name jonhom, belro, vershop, And vanta commerce. A lot of layers to make it confusing for the customer to get any type of refund, there is also subscription recurrent but the representative could not tell me what the subscription was for but told me that if I needed mine canceled to provide my email and they would send me a cancellation form but they could not tell me what the b subscription covered or how much? It was very shady
This company should be shut down!! These people are serial liars!! I am going to do all but harass their state's attorney general. I'm so tired of people scamming to get by. I ordered one item, unfortunately, but just as scammers do, they double charged me but only refunded me for one of the items!! I relate this sorry "business" to someone selling illegal items. You look for a profit as you hand out subpar products to people, charge them double and lie/dodge when it's time to provide what you should have in the beginning!! But you don't care because your pockets are fat...may others be damned! I'm going to dig my heels in to cause them hell. As much as food and gas is, people need every penny that they have "honestly"(you sorry people have no use for this word) worked for. I hope that the worst karma possible comes to you and this sorry company everyday!!! May your families be effected by the worst karma and when life gets bad, believe it, it will, remember your actions for everything that transpires in the lives of everyone who is a part of this "scamming company"!!
