Received unit for Lexus gx470. Had it in two differnt audio shops and neither could make it work. Beale agreed to take it back. Sent radio packaged as instructed. It was tracked to customs delivery4 months ago. Have been communicating with Long. He says they never received it and can offer no help. I have asked many times but always the same answer. We don’t have it. Where is it? They have my 1400.00 and the radio. Terrible experience.

Hi All,When I Purchased my unit it took about 6months until I received it,My Xtrail has 360deg Cameras.When I received unit I installed and it wouldnt work.Belsee sent new harness and it worked but 360deg camera didnt.Then sent diagram how to hook up camera but I kept saying its 360Deg camera.My friend has same car he bought a Dasaita no probs
the head unit arrived defective. Microphone wouldn’t work. Besides that everything on it was great but imagine every time you get a phone call, or you want to talk to Siri, you have to remove your phone off of Bluetooth. It was really annoying. I contact them everyday for support and it takes them a month to tell me ‘oh you have a bad Bluetooth modem chip it needs to be replaced’. I asked them several times for them to ship me a new unit and I’d return the one I have but they disregarded that idea and sent me a Bluetooth modem chip for me to solder myself. (How stupid?). Anyways it takes a month and a half for the chip to arrive and I send the unit to a professional solder here locally. (Paid $75) Then I plug it back in and now the microphone AND Bluetooth does not work. I kept emailing them several times and they wouldn’t reply so I assumed they didn’t want to help. I got in contact with my friends in Shenzhen so they could go to the manufacturer and see what’s going on. Then they decide to respond back to me when my friends were at the place.‘Hello Amer, send us your head unit back and we will give you full refund’I did not want a refund because I really liked the unit it was just the flawed chip that they could’ve fixed. Rather they want me to pay for shipping to send the entire unit back so they can refund it to me.I take pictures of every single component and all the wires that came with it that way I protect myself so they can’t say they’re missing something. I emailed them 4 times for them to confirm that all the contents are correct and that everything is good. They say everything is good after 2 weeks then I go ahead and ship it.When it got to China, they emailed me saying ‘you have to pay customs fee’ I told them no way am I paying your fees.After fighting with them over that, They wait an entire month. The unit is with them for a month and I’m constantly nagging them with emails ‘I’m waiting for my refund’. Again I had to have my friends in Shenzhen to intervene so they can respond.Then they email me ‘sorry Amer you have to understand we are checking the unit’It’s been a month. A week or 2 max should be the case to process the return but not a month. So after a month, I got an email (yesterday) ‘The motherboard is broken and the lcd frame is broken so you have to pay for them.’They gave me 1/3 of my refund. I sent them pictures of everything before I shipped it out and the pictures they sent me saying it’s broken did not look like that at all.I’m 100% certain that their technicians screwed it up and are trying to make me fit the bill. So I went off on them and got in contact with PayPal and opened a claim. I forwarded all the emails to them and within 10 minutes I got my full refund.Then belsee has the audacity to email me saying it’s all my fault.
