I haven't cashed out yet, doesn't have gift cards I can use. Don't want to give bank acct info to strangers. Some apps don't track or not given credit for levels completed. Support closes before I have a chance to repond after waiting a day with no respnse from them. Uninstalling & reinstalling does nothing to fix the affected games Problem is the affected apps not my phone. I'm running out of games to play that I like. Games that work right are great and most have pretty good payoffs, others spend lost of time for a couple cents.
Wish I could give negative stars. Was great at first and recommended to all my friends but when it came to getting a reward that was more than a couple dollars, they haven't paid. It's been over 4 months and have opened up MANY tickets. They either get closed right away or they say that it has been escalated. Twice I have been told that it would be paid out and then they come back and say it needs further review. I sent in everything they need multiple times. Customer service is awful, no one cares or even reads what is going on. I have reported to Google Play and the Better Business Bureau. Do not download this app unless you want to waste your time for little to no pay out.
Submitted a ticket to let them know that I didn't receive my $25 Walmart gift card, it took a couple of months to get a response. They apologized and said I would receive some credit and never received any payment for my time playing games. I wanted my reward to go to PayPal but could not get this option to work.
An incredible app! Hands down, one of the best money making apps on the internet. It's easy to navigate, honest and straightforward about the objectives and payouts, and has many options to choose from when deciding how to receive your winnings. Customer service was polite and prompt in fixing the one issue I had (which was my own fault. Lol).I have recommended this app to many people and will continue to do so happily.
