Review Time
I used to LOVE this app...until they made changes last year. I worked SO hard to play a bunch of games last summer and fall due to having surgery and really need this money. Having to withdraw $50 at a time while having to PAY .99 each time is already frustrating enough, on top of the stupid cash queue they have now, noone wants to have to wait 2 months to get what they've earned when other companies pay you same day or at most within a week for the same payments on the same games. Now I have games I've started on Benjamin and won't be able to move them to another app that would actually pay me. I have $300 "pending withdrawal" plus another almost $200 I am trying to withdraw, and several games that I've started and don't want to miss out on the promised rewards for them. Plus, seeing how their customer service has been changed to the exact same general answer to everyone trying to get answers, AND the same thing is being typed in every reply to these complaints on here too...I don't want to hear you "had to restrict withdrawals", that isn't your customers fault and they deserve the money you owe them. I also don't want to hear "this issue has been escalated", since it is very plain that nothing is actually being escalated or resolved. Definitely avoid this app if you actually want paid for these games.
Ok so I saw the reply from benjamin and I also saw pretty much the same reply that was said to me on other reviews. I feel like this is just AI or something automated that they're doing just to try to appease people. I've seen people on here that have been trying to cash out for a year or longer and different time frames that are way longer than mine so I don't understand what's going on. This is ridiculous!! people want their money Benjamin and we deserve it we've referred many people and got them on it that makes us look bad when you don't do what you say You're going to do & also it really doesn't look good on you and it does reflect in the reviews. My payment has been in queue since February 14th and it still is and like I said I've seen people that have way longer time frames in the queue than I do so just take care of everyone in order and we will more than likely put good reviews on you. again also I wanted to address the part where you said to contact your customer service that they're here to help and blah blah okay no they're not because I have sent them five or six tickets now and I wait until I receive a response before I send another but every single time all they have done is put that same exact message that's posted on the faq's wall I've already read that over and over and over again I know that it says because there's a high volume of requested payouts that you started putting in them in processing ques. and that's where it is but you need to take off the part on there that says venmo and PayPal usually cash out in 5 hours but it may be sooner you need to tell people hey it may be a whole lot longer
Out over 9 weeks and guess what no money!!! Please do yourself a huge favor DON'T SIGN UP FOR BENJAMIN!!!!!!!! Rip off and scam. Can't leave zero or negative stars wish I could

This is a huge waste of time. I saved my "rewards" for a year, planning on using it to supplement my holiday budget. Then payments were frozen for 3 months. Then it took weeks to even submit the payment request. Once I was finally able to get through the withdraw process, it went into a question for "3+ days"...well, that was the beginning of December 2025. I'm still waiting and it's almost March 2026. I was still logging in and doing the daily check in, more to track the days since the request than anything else, but yesterday (2/22/26), my streak was erased and the "rewards" removed even though I had been logging in daily.
At one time, this was a good site but not any more. Don't waste your time, there are better sites out there!
So any updates on when we are going to get paid? I see quite a few updates on the app but no updates for customers on the pay issue. I think this app should credit every one of the customers some decent extra money “for our troubles” to go along with their earned payouts. How can I speak to a live customer service representative? Not through an email and I’m sure you will respond with a AI cut and paste response. If you use the word “limit” in your response then we will know this is a scam. Just like I said in my past review, these guys are in over their head and don’t have the money to pay back everyone. They are panicking and set up ways that we can’t confront them. No phone number or a live person to chat with. Just cut and paste random response about high amounts of payments and limits through a queue. The reason they took down the comment of 3+ days to get paid because showing the timeline would make it easier for someone to sue the company. Now since they changed the wording with some legal-ese so it’s more grey area and hard to legally do anything. Someone out there has to have the b a l l s to take this to court and force them to pay up. I’m absolutely sick of it all. Give us an update or F off
Over the course of almost 2 months now, I have been waiting on my cash withdrawals to go through. I have had absolutely zero luck, and every single time that I reach out to customer service to ask for help, I am met with a response from one of their bots. I would suggest completely avoiding this app. It is nothing but a scam.
This app is a scam. They went through a phase of no payouts at all , saying they would start back up in December. I submitted on February 1. Was told it would take 3 days. Now it’s the 19th and nothing. I’ve contacted “customer support “ twice and gotten the same generic canned response. Don’t waste your time. It’s a scam.

I downloaded this app a while ago. And I was allowed to make one withdraw. Months later after building up $400.... The app shut down for 2 months and said that they were working on things. And that we would be able to start withdrawing on December 3rd, 2025. Fast forward to that date and everyone was trying to take out their earnings... But no one got their money. The app kept making excuses of why we couldn't withdraw the money. Then everyone was put in a queue of 3+ days.... And could only withdraw $50 at a time. It has been two months since I have still not received my money even though the notifications say that my withdrawal was pending. I stopped playing until I get my money. Today I went to go see what the status was on my withdraw, and I had to log back in. It said my session had timed out. And when I logged back in, it said, my balance was at $0.00. This app is a complete ripoff. There are groups on facebook, slamming this company into the ground, because of their fraudulent and scamming behavior. Do not trust this app. Do not download it. Every time he reach out to customer service, they give excuses. They will even respond to this review with excuses. There is nowhere in their rules and regulations where it says you have to continue playing in order to get your money. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Update: While Benjamin is VERY quick to respond to reviews, it's taken over two months (and counting) and they still have not done anything to resolve the root issue (refusing to pay members). I will update this review once I've been paid... that is, if I EVER get paid. Benjamin has owed me $237 since early December. As with so many others, they have refused to pay me and initially didn't respond to my tickets, emails, etc. at all, but have responded multiple times in the past two weeks. But each time, they're either canned replies or "sorry, nothing we can do, just hope and pray and one day you'll get paid" (paraphrasing). They are SUPER fast to reply to these reviews, though their messages all say the same thing: "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it, it is what it is." In fact, there IS something you can do. You can pay us what we're owed. Because, as it stands right now, what you're doing is deceptively advertising your product as being instant payout, and bait-and-switching as you refuse to pay members what we're owed.
With the new upgrade you have to wait months for your money to become available and then when you go to withdraw it forget it. I’ve been in a queue for 12 days now waiting for my funds to be deposited into my Venmo account which they will also charge you a fee for.
You only get an automated response if you open a support ticket so that was worthless. Who knows if I will ever get my money. It was not like this before.
