Takes too long to accrue points to cash out. Cannot cash out until you’ve reached 25 points. It would be a much better app if the cash out minimum would be lowered to about $10. I am disabled and can no longer work. These apps enable me to make a bit of extra money for things I need like household essentials. I’ve stopped using Benjamin as much because it takes so long to make the minimum cash out. I use apps with a low minimum cash out because I need to be able to make the money sooner. It’s a great app but not as useful with a high minimum cash out limit. Lowering it would make this app a 5 star and my go to.
Don’t get rewards most of the time. Still waiting on reward for almost a month. Have had to submit a ticket for reward on several occasions and the last reward I didn’t receive, I filled out a ticket and have filled out several since still trying to get the reward. Just not worth the time. Not a reliable app.
I was enjoying the app immensely, until I completed an offer as required and they have yet to fulfill their part of the offer.. I was told give them one week for them to look into it and it's been almost 2 weeks and still no word, nobody answers my questions. Still waiting...
Benjamin refuses to pay out any decent sums even when you have proof of completion. Even when you read all the requirements and follow the rules carefully, they dont pay up. They claim to connect with the maker of the game refuse to pay out earnings, claiming an error with the maker the game, deflecting any and all responsibility and claim the decision is "final". If you do happen to earn a fair amount ($25+) they have issues depositing the money to your bank account, and make you go in circles with support.
