At first it was going well I had no problems with them and my withdrawl was processed fast within a day and everything was good but now I have 2 pending withdrawals and they still haven’t been processed and it’s beginning to worry me especially after seeing other reviews but I still believe they wouldn’t cheat me out. So I will write another review in a few days and tell you what happened
This service is a complete scam. While depositing money is easy, attempting to withdraw funds is another story—you simply don’t receive your payout. I’ve been met with generic responses, and now there’s no communication at all. They just refuse to release the funds. Proceed with caution! If I end up receiving my payout, I will update this review.
This is a total scam. Depositing funds is straightforward, but when you attempt to withdraw, you receive nothing. You're met with generic responses, and now they've stopped replying altogether. They simply do not disburse funds. Caution advised! If I change my mind and decide to withdraw after all, I will amend this review.
On November 7, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $2,335. My initial deposit was $1,600. Four business days have gone by, and my withdrawal is still unprocessed. I genuinely hope the service will release my funds, and I will update this review if I receive the payment. I've contacted support, but they haven't replied regarding my request. On November 13, the support team ended the chat without addressing my questions. The request remains pending for five business days. On November 14, I emailed them, and they asked for additional verification, which I provided, but since then, they've been unresponsive.
Please respond to my email about my account being blocked with a balance of 203k. I've sent numerous emails regarding my Client ID and trading details, but your side has not replied. If you truly are a trustworthy broker, please act legitimately and respond to my inquiries so I can receive my funds. It seems you only cater to smaller withdrawals, while larger ones are neglected.
Initially, I was pleased with the service; deposits and withdrawals were quick, and my first few withdrawals were processed in about 3 hours, which was commendable. However, I've now been waiting nearly 4 days for my latest withdrawal, with no update from support. Overall, the platform functions well and trading is smooth, but due to the lack of a legitimate financial license, caution is advised when keeping significant funds here. Monitor their FSC application and report any suspicious activity. Update 10/7/2025: There has been no response from support. This situation feels like theft. The withdrawal remains unprocessed.
