I bought a Sony Xperia from the site and within 2 years, the fingerprint hardware failed. I still have an Xperia that I bought since 2018 from an Aussie that doesn't have any issues till date.
Their customer service support is horrendous.

Great communication with the shop. Great deal on a genuine product and fast delivery. I'll definitely purchase from them again. They may take some time to respond through Whatsapp but they are genuine and will try to help as much as they can.
