I reside next to a property managed by the company, and a fence panel between our gardens has been down for about a month, creating a significant gap. Despite multiple emails – where I mentioned that I have children using the garden – their only response has been to claim that the fence is my responsibility based solely on its appearance, instead of checking official records or collaborating with me for a reasonable solution. This situation feels like a typical “pass the issue to the neighbor” tactic rather than a professional, safety-oriented approach. I now have to arrange and cover the repair costs myself and may need to pursue reimbursement later, which is not what one expects from a reputable agency. Very disappointing. I’ll update this review if their approach improves and the issue is resolved appropriately. For the representative: do not worry, I will include our full conversations in this review later 🙂
