They are ignoring return emails that include images and detailed issues sent to their support address, where they instructed customers to send return requests within three days. In those three days, I emailed them nine times, but the only reply I received was that the recipient server did not accept our connection requests.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. The product I received is of extremely poor quality and does not match what was displayed on the platform. Additionally, I received an incorrect item that clearly belongs to someone else. Despite raising this issue earlier, I have not received any response, which reflects serious negligence in service. I demand an immediate return pickup for the wrongly delivered item and a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action.
