Honestly horrendous. Ordered a £175 box of 25x Branded Track Jackets 2 weeks ago and received a box of £125 Y2K Women’s Jeans instead (which 50% of were awful quality, full of stains and marks). I contacted them straight away once I had received the box to try and arrange for an exchange to be made as per their terms and conditions, only to be waiting days for a response. They finally replied after I had to comment on one of their promoters social media posts for a response, only for me to reply to them and then be ignored again for days.
I sent multiple emails, DMs and comments AGAIN on their social media pages only for them to be deleted. I have had to chase and chase and chase continously to resolve their error, which could have been sorted in a matter of days. They only seem to want to communicate when a comment is left publicly online.
All I wanted to do was send back the incorrect box I had received in exchange for what I had originally ordered, but this seems to be impossible. I've been told 3 times they're going to sort the issue but then they disappear for days on end with no contact until multiple further public messages are sent, even then they still do absolutely nothing. I’m now £175 down with a box of useless stock so will not be touching them again, absolutely do not recommend!
I placed my initial order with the company on 30/11/25. Although the delivery was quick, I received the wrong items. I ordered 15 jackets but got 10 pieces of knitwear instead. I reached out to a representative and was informed there was a mix-up with another customer, and I would receive a call the next day. Unfortunately, I never received that call, so I followed up the next day. I was told it was being addressed, but there's been no resolution or communication since. I paid £187 for the jackets, and it feels coincidental that the knitwear was also priced the same. Additionally, the knitwear I received isn't all in good condition; some have small holes and need significant care to remove creases. I will not be ordering from this company again. I'm shocked at their positive feedback; my experience has been terrible. It feels like a scam.
