We signed up with Bank Media after being convinced by Matt's promises and an excellent sales pitch. We were comfortable paying the $5,000 USD upfront fee, believing our business would receive a high-quality service and product.
The fee was presented as covering all ads and content for the first three months, after which a 10% “pay on profit” model would apply. This was misleading, as it was calculated from the difference between revenue and ad spend, not from true profit. We provided all of our content and account access to Anthony and his so-called “team” so they could begin work.
Starting with the website audit, the feedback provided was minimal and very basic. Given that we built the site ourselves, we expected to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement, but that was not the case.
The content that followed was created using AI. Multiple products were rendered inaccurately and did not resemble our real products. The ads featured obvious AI faces and scenery that had no relevance to our brand. After our first review, we asked Anthony to revise the images as we were unhappy with the quality. The revised versions came back with very similar issues.
There appeared to be no attention to detail, no questions asked about our brand, and no evidence of any internal review before the work was sent to us. It felt as though the content had been outsourced to someone using basic Canva skills with little understanding of our products or brand.
After this cycle was repeated three times, we decided we did not want Anthony and Bank Media representing our business, as the quality of work was far below the standard we expect.
When we requested a refund, Anthony refused, stating that “all the money had already been spent,” despite the fact that they had not begun managing our ad account, had not sent out any products, and had not engaged any UGC creators.
We strongly advise other businesses to exercise caution before engaging Bank Media.

Anthony is an absolute legend. He’s been amazing to work with. Patient, understanding, and always willing to take on stress so I don’t have to. Most agency owners disappear when things get hard but Anthony has been there every step of the way. He genuinely cares about the results and the partnership and that makes all the difference. Highly reccomend.
