Great product, poor tracking

The tracking told me my order was delivered to a different state, so I emailed the company and they asked me to give it 10 days before emailing again. So I did and my order arrived 5 days later. I gave 4 stars because the tracking was not updated and it was wrong. But other than thy the order was perfect
