I ordred two hats but somehow, only one showed up. I contacted customer service and had a response in less than eight hours. We exchanged two emails, and shortly thereafter, the second hat arrived. I feel the five-star rating is not only for the product, but the fast and accomodating response from customer service. Thank you!
I ordered two items. The first one didn't arrive until six weeks later and was 1) an inferior knockoff, and 2) was broken. The second item I ordered at the same time arrived about a week later with postage due! The postal clerk said it was an invalid USPS tracking number. Knowing the quality of the first item, I refused it. Update...I've sent MULTIPLE emails to Olivia and NOOOOO responses to any of them! They're gaslighting readers with the reply and do nothing.
