App easy to use, offering many different bet formats, good odds (BOG) on UK racing, with a lot of extra place offers. Downside not to many free bets, gaming casino offers a very low yield payout ratio, do stay clear of that.

No customer loyalty, rude and no empathy

Tbh, I wouldn’t give them 1 star but had put at least 1 star to write a review. I recommend you don’t join Bet365. I have been a loyal customer with Bet365 for over 8 years and haven’t received any free bets from them for over 3 years. Last month, I spent £966 (£214.50 a week on average) and I still received any free bets. I queried with their customer service rep and they were rude and ended the chat instantly without giving me an opportunity to reply. I made an official team complaint and their complaints team are not very helpful. I tried to explain to them if I spent £30 a week on skybet, I would get a £5 free bets, spend £25 a week on Paddy Power and get a £5 free bet. Spend £996 a month with Bet365 and get absolutely nothing. Both their customer service reps are rude, have no empathy, don’t understated customer needs which are the fundamental attributes for a customer service rep. STAY WELL AWAY! I have screenshot of the evidence but not able to attach on Trustpilot

Live chat is horrible

Live chat is horrible! Took a break from bet365 was told id be able to log back in today.. doesnt seem to work.. tried 8 times today for a live agent.. and just keeps randomly saying session ended.. when I keep window open.. the one time I got through an agent they said give them 5 minutes to see my account.. and then once again chat ended.. im just going to stick with Betano! Customer service with them is right away and you get the answers you need also withdraws literally take like 5 misn or less to come in my account. Screw bet 365.

Contacted Bet365 they have an offer where you get paid out early if your rugby team goes 15 points up and then you get paid out early.France went 21 - 0 up against Fiji tonight and its ment to take them 15 minutes once a team goes 15 points plus up but after 40 minutes its still not showing as France winning being an early payout.Spent 15 minutes on customer services with Rachel who was clueless and your just explaining that Bet 365 Early Payout isnt working as it should??Dont have promos that dont work Bet365.From Damon Moffatt.
