Initial comfort, but major issues with the product

I purchased a pair that felt quite comfortable, particularly for my bunions, but the material on the back of the shoe clings to my socks and drags them down. I tried various types of socks, but none stayed up. The company asserts they support their product, yet they disregarded my issue and denied my refund request. It's not worth it.

K-Swiss shoes are unmatched in comfort.

K-Swiss shoes are more comfortable for me than any other brand. A few years back, I was playfully teased when someone asked, "Are those K-Swiss? The 90s were something, huh?" I just chuckled because the joke's on them. These shoes are fantastic.

It's been eighteen days since I made my purchase. I understand that shipping can take time, but I have yet to receive any updates. Emailing hasn't helped, and calling the support team is pointless; they won't let you speak to anyone. Very concerning.
