Joke of a company.I bet with them for a year or so and was about £6k down. Over the past month I made most of that back with 4 decent horse racing wins and a couple of big football wins. I got a message yesterday saying restrictions had been put on my account and I can now bet a max of 86p!Happy for someone to lose thousands but if you go on a bit of a winning streak then they hate it and stop you! I asked them why and all I got was our trading team have decided!Piss takers!
I do use this site for small bets but it's my experience of being an affiliate that boils my blood. When I started being an affiliate they told me it would be a lifetime account and decided to tell me my account is now closed and I should read the small print. They lie to both customers and affiliates.
Bet365 was a big letdown for me. Withdrawing money is a nightmare and make you wait way too long. It feels like they don’t want you to get your won money.They also restrict your account too much even when you’re not doing anything wrong. One day everything works and the next day you can’t bet.Overall the site feels greedy and unfair. I would not use it again.
If there were no stars that would be my selection. I’ve encountered tooo many problems using this app. Position payout does not work so beware!!. The helpline is not fit for purpose. I’ve lost too many position payouts because it doesn’t record the wins or places. If I take the same bet twice one bet records as a win and the other records same horse & race as a loss and I can prove it..
Hi, woke up to my account blocked. Was gonna check and ask the customer support why my winnings I've withdrawn hasnt gone to my account. Do you guys know if they will still pay that out? It's been like 10 hours and it should've been in my account like 8 hrs ago. Please can anyone let me know if this happened to you guys too? Worried I wont get my winnings after blocking my account
