I am actually heartbroken. My family and I love the lionesses; my daughter actually plays for Manchester United academy… we bet for fun; using my money for them to win the Euros which they did. I had around £500 in my account which I was saving for Christmas. I tried to access it this week but I couldn’t log into my account. They contacted today to explain my account had been compromised but they reimbursed me. In passing I said ‘I put the bet on for my daughter’ - bear in mind she’s a child. The next thing he’s saying they’ve escalated it to management as it’s against the law to put a bet on for a child. It wasn’t her money or bet! I meant I was putting a bet on to support her love for football and our lionesses. I’ve been told I’ll hear back in ‘due course’. I have four children. That’s my money and was banking on it today for Black Friday deals for their Christmas presents. Morally and ethically corrupt.Use another betting platform that have representatives that ask follow up questions and have common sense.
Bet365 is an okay sportsbook for Early payouts, thats about it. The live feed during games is ridiculously slow and usually wrong, in an effort to keep cashouts low. I usually only bet ML on 365 for early payouts , otherwise bet props and other things else where. 365 manipulateds the live feed to give trash cashouts. They've literally stopped giving loyalty rewards. I went on a winning streak, then I got a message saying I'm playing too much? I usually spend Saturday and Sunday using this site, but if I have a 12 hour session, then another on Sunday, they'll message me saying I'm playing too long. They then stop giving me loyalty credits. I haven't received one in months! I play from 11am to 11pm and repeat the next day and then I start getting messages. Their algorithms are their to screw their customers at every opportunity. I'm only using this site sparingly now. The customer service is also atrocious. They're barely human.
It has the slots I like but the probability of winning has been reduced to zero. They just take. And they will come with the template response of being regulated and that it is random. Nothing random when you can't even get back the stake once. Just scammers
