I was identified as a future large payout and long term winner after placing multi bets on horses for consecutive weeks and was banned account closed mid Saturday morning just as race day was getting underway in Australia. The Australian government must take bribes from these companies. What should happen is the betting agency should have to pay any customer a closing fee of $50,000 any time they wish to close down a customers account without any explanation and this request to close someone’s account should certainly have to be reviewed by a third party monitoring team for approval only if the customer has broken any rules ( which they never have! )
I won 55k but they blocked my account. I did provide all the required documents and finally they said your money would be withdrawal within 25 hrs. But that 24 hrs never came. They are a cheater and scammer. Poor customer services. They will keep you on hold while you keep calling them
