Disappointing service and excessive charges! This is the only company I have ever dealt with that charges extra for tracking! I opted not to pay for it since I had already bought the card, paid for a personal message, and covered shipping! I expected at least an email confirming the card's delivery, but I was mistaken. The customer support responses were typical automated replies. They claim to "understand" but offered no real assistance or alternatives. I will NEVER order from this service again. Their tendency to charge for every little thing is frustrating and greedy. Lack of proper customer support guarantees I won't return!
I called to get help on an additional order. I believe your staffer's name was Jess. She was Excellent!!! Answered my questions, was very polite and very affirming. I gave Jess some ideas about how good your company was + added suggestions. (Like keep printing the Tool Box card - it is PERFECT to give to our repairman, contractor for jobs, etc. Jess will tell you all of my comments.
There was a problem with a postage due on one of my orders. I emailed the issue and it was taken care of and a refund for my entire order was given.Great customer service and taken care of in one day.Love these cards and now also the customer service.
