I ORDERED A NECK BRACE THAT LOOKED ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN THE WEBSITE. IT TOOK OVER 4 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET IT AND NOW I AM TRYING TO RETURN IT AND GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME A PROTECTED PACKAGE FEE THAT I DID NOT ELECT TO PURCHASE. VERY DISPLEASED
