I was skeptical. I feared it was gonna be just another slew of inconvenient robocalls. That said, I was more worried about how I was going to navigate interpreting the IRS repayment options. Jacob Burris was the Settlement Officer who got my info. He was effecient with my time and effective at finding a solution I could afford. If you reach out, I suggest asking for him.
