Frankie was very attentive and patient when working with me on my first original call. He was able to reschedule with me as I was out and about and explained everything in detail answering all questions I had related to my situation. He even allowed a payment plan for the initial fees that gave me breathing room with my budget to allow me to start the process. Very grateful to Frankie for his professionalism and patience. Kevin was great. He took his time and listened to me speak. I venter about personal issues related to taxes and he provided feedback which I appreciate. What I liked most about is he wasn't all about the money immediately.
