As a long time customer, working with a terrific Agent, Jasmine Underwood, I can only say we've always had a flawless experience. Booking is so easy, the follow up to cruise time is on point, and response time for any question is always timely. Recently I made an error in booking, realized it right away and Jasmine came to the rescue immediately to straighten things out, to my great relief and appreciation. For years, we've counted on OVC for great deals and excellent customer service.
We have cruised many times and have worked with many travel agencies. Approximately one year ago I received an offer, via email, from Online Vacation Center, regarding some cruise specials from Celebrity cruises. I called and worked with Sasha, who was very pleasant, professional, informative, and did her best to accommodate all of my requests. Most important was the fact that Online Vacations Center offered the best prices for all-inclusive cruise packages. We have since booked two more cruises with Online Vacations and plan to book yet another. I highly recommend using Online Vacation Center.
