This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence is astonishing. No one replies to emails, and I often receive requests for my bank details but get ignored. While some agents are courteous, most are quite rude. It would be better to rely on public transport than to insure a vehicle through this firm.
This company represents another service and it's a complete disaster. Customer service is abysmal, and there is confusion everywhere. Their actions seem designed to prolong case handling and increase your losses. My claims have been escalated due to their inability to address them for over three months. They blame me for an accident without citing specific rules I allegedly violated. Their so-called specialists appear to work against clients. I recommend steering clear of this company.
A representative intimidated my wife, took her phone, and intruded into our home without permission, then refused to address our complaint. This company is worse than the thieves who broke into our home; at least they were polite.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst company I've encountered. They are now known under a different name. I faced extreme bias from claims handlers regarding an incident that wasn’t my fault. Even the assessors they sent were questionable, misrepresenting old damages as new. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
I was previously insured with another service, which is supposedly linked to this company. After an accident at 3 AM, for which I was not at fault, I provided CCTV footage and the offender's license plate, but my claim was completely ignored. My new insurer charged me additional costs due to this, totaling £200.14 on top of the £260 I had already paid. They refuse to provide documentation stating they didn’t handle my claim, which my new insurer requested. This company is a joke.
It seems that no one at this company knows how to do their job. They can't receive emails, don't know how to contact the garage, and fail to handle complaints properly. When their client damaged my car, I had to do all the work, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
