They took the time to deliver it exactly where I wanted it, which is really valuable on a college campus, but the drivers will call you and text you because they are confused about where to go. The quick delivery is nice but I’d almost rather wait a day for ups or fedex to deliver without bothering me. I haven’t used food delivery apps or taxi apps so it threw me off to have someone pull up in their personal vehicle when I was expecting a weathered delivery company to give it right to the campus mail services. I really appreciate the drivers though!!

Placed an order on December 2

Placed an order on December 2, 2025. It is now December 19. Last week, I received 2 “delivery attempted” notifications, which I know is false because my other 2 items that were placed on December 2 got delivered and the other stuff did not. not only do they provide you with a phone number for customer service support, when you get to the right extension, they tell you that they no longer have customer service support via phone which defeats the whole purpose of having a customer service phone number! the most disappointing, unprofessional delivery service courier that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. please, stay away at all costs if you’re looking for a reliable, sufficient delivery service courier.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would! They delivered my very expensive package to the wrong house, not once but twice!! The first time they sent a picture and it wasn’t even in our neighborhood. The second time we required a signature, and they still delivered it to our neighbors house and got no signature, even though the neighbors were home all day. Not sure who they are hiring but clearly they can’t read an address.

Stolen packages

Deliveries get left in front entry way of apartment buildings and get stolen. I've contacted them before and nothing changes. All around bad service.

Terrible

It figures TikTok shop would use a bottom of the barrel shipping provider.. You would figure since it’s such a small faction, they would be processing 1/4 of the packages (if that) in comparison to the bigger shippers. In saying that, the fact that my package is delayed is ridiculous. TikTok needs to bite the bullet and use the tried and true Post office, if I ever see this company as the shipping option again I will find something else with a different shipping provider. Said it would be 2-3 days late, we are on day 4 with no movement.

I wish I could give them less than one star. They marked my packages delivered and they never made it my house. No customer service to talk to, sad part is these packages were Christmas gifts. I really feel like this company is a Scammm!

Shady, and won't communicate

ETA 12/24: Today, five weeks since that (second) messed up delivery, a "customer support" person emailed me -- to inform me that my shipment was recorded as delivered on November 11. In the first place, NO! It was delivered on November 21, and there are a string of emails between me and the company indicating that. This person either can't read, or didn't bother to do their research -- or someone is LYING. Also, do they SERIOUSLY think that a five week response to a delivery problem involving perishable food is reasonable??? Someone isn't even using their head. ---Since January, I have had 5 shipments of seafood from a specific vendor in Alaska that have shipped via BetterTrucks. In April, a shipment was received into the Minneapolis Hub, and from there was to come to me in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis 30 miles away. Rather, they sent it to Detroit Michigan. Needless to say, when it got to me the next day, it was spoiled and had to be destroyed. Today again, a shipment arrived to the Minneapolis hub. It sat there for 9 hours before it went out for delivery. It has been out for delivery now for more than 3 hours, and according to their tracking map, which may or may not be accurate, it went 40 miles past my city and has been sitting up in a small town for 3 hours without moving. From previous experience, it seems they don't use company trucks, but private drivers and their vehicles, so for all I know it's sitting in someone's driveway. Better Trucks refuses to take phone calls. They will not answer emails. There is NO way to communicate with them. Why they are still in business is beyond me. They offer no help, no support, not even the courtesy of a response. They used to have a chat support, but they have eliminated that now also. Beware! This place is shady. They deserve the F that the BBB has given them.

NO😡 NO😡 NO😡. I don't understand tracking system. There have no delivery date and time. and there shipping time is very poor. This website wasted your time. It's not a professional. I don't recommended this shipping site. 😡
