Very difficult to book seats and provide confirmation number. Lost seats in process of trying to pay. Ended up with worse seats on the end of a row because I had to start again. Email confirmation advised to download the app, gigs and tours, to access tickets which then advised that the tickets would show on Ticketmaster at a time in the future which means I now have to check tickets again before the concert.

Bloody awful. Pre-sale very bad, worked sometimes but didn't most of the time. They also get rid of the worst seats and make you think they are doing you a favour. Best to wait till tickets go on general sale and then you pick. If it wasn't one of my favourite groups I would never use this shower

What options do we have if we want to attend the gig?
Was provided access to the presale. E-Ticket was chosen due to no additional cost.
I was a bit deterred with all their additional high changes such as postage, insurance etc.
Plus 50 pence addition charge just to receive a confirmation text is simply a rip off.

I was required to use an app for ticket purchases, which needed a complete login beforehand. While I understand the necessity, it would be nice to have a guest checkout option. Other companies are able to provide this.

Smooth booking process

The link arrived as promised for completing the booking. The website was easy to navigate. I did feel somewhat pressured by the countdown timer, and without it, I might have found better seating options. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with our seats.

If I could give a 0, I definitely would. I received the wrong seats due to their errors, and there's no way to contact them or file a complaint on their site. Tickets were also not sent. This service is unacceptable.
