I have just purchased a GRS encore benchmate system from betts metal sales, after some research I found they had the widest selection and best pricing compared to other suppliers like Cooksongold and HS Walsh.I initially made a mistake by ordering the wrong product , after a couple of emails I was called by Jemma who resolved everything very quickly and I’ve now just received my second order. It’s very easy to pick up the phone and talk so someone at Betts unlike some suppliers like cousins where there are no contact options available at all. A little worrying when buying expensive equipment. will definitely be using Betts metal sales as my regular supplier going forward.
